CALCUELA PREP-X

The Calcuela PREP-X Balik Eskwela Program is a year-long academic support initiative designed to strengthen math literacy among Ahedres learners. The program provides structured, grade-appropriate tutorials aligned with the Department of Education (DepEd) curriculum to ensure learners develop strong mathematical understanding and confidence throughout the school year.

A key component of the program is the Arithmetic Foundation Track, which focuses on building essential numeracy skills necessary for higher-level mathematics. Learners participate in four tutorial sessions per week, combining guided instruction, skill reinforcement, and problem-solving practice.

The program also integrates:

• Regular diagnostic and formative assessments

• A Learning Management System (LMS) battery for tracking performance and engagement

• Personalized learning support based on assessment results
